Authorisation for lodging
Are you moving in with someone else? In that case you need authorisation from the primary resident and the owner of the residence. Complete and sign the authorisation form below.
The primary resident and the owner of the residence also need to sign the form. You can send in the form when you report a change of address.
Living with your partner
Are you going to live together for the first time after you get married or enter into a registered partnership? Then you don’t need to apply for authorisation.
Housing association
Are you going to live with someone who rents from the housing association DUWO, Woonbron or Stedelink? In that case you need authorisation from the housing association. Authorisation is not required if you are going to live with someone who rents from Vidomes.
Lodger's rights
If you lodge with someone, you must leave the residence when the rental agreement is terminated. You are not eligible to extend the rental agreement. You are not entitled to other housing.
Primary resident
The primary resident is responsible for the tenant’s behaviour. The lodging can have negative consequences for the primary resident’s income allowances, welfare, municipal taxes and rent increase.
