Upon arrival
When you arrive in the Netherlands be sure to register within 3 days. How to register upon arrival and complete the immigration procedure depends on several factors, such as your nationality. Your Human Resources Department will guide you through the process.
The Hague International Centre
Internationals in Delft must register at The Hague International Centre, where they can also meet with a representative from the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) and visit the ACCESS information desk all in one visit.
At The Hague International Centre municipalities have joined forces with the IND and ACCESS to provide comprehensive services and streamline the immigration process. This reduces the number of visits needed to complete the process, a great improvement in services for internationals.

Please note that everyone in the Netherlands is required to carry identification (ID) at all times (from the age of 14). The police can ask to see your ID and you can be fined if you don't have it. Valid forms of ID are passports, European identity cards and driving licenses, and your Dutch residence permit (verblijfsvergunning).
